Gateway Session Bookings (₹250 Pass): Appointments for the physical or online Body & Energy Checkup can be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours prior to the designated slot. Cancelled sessions receive an immediate, unconditional 100 percent refund processed via the native payment processor.

Core Membership Continuities (30-Day, 90-Day, 180-Day Plans): Premium lifestyle coaching programs feature a structured 30-day performance risk reversal mechanism. If a participant adheres strictly to the prescribed dietary resets, documents performance parameters daily, participates in mandatory weekly strategy check-ins, and experiences zero objective physiological or biological markers improvement after 30 days, a full financial refund will be executed.

Processing Turnaround Vectors: All approved financial refunds are automatically channeled back into the customer originating account (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking wallet) via our secure gateway interface. Refund credits take between 5 to 7 operational banking business days to reflect on user bank statements.
